1. Services

1.1 Description of Services

Relentless Digital provides website design, development, and related digital services (“Services”) as outlined in each project’s Service Agreement. All websites are built using the Wix Studio platform and follow the policies described in these Terms.

1.1.1 Platform & Development Method

All websites are created exclusively within Wix Studio using its native drag-and-drop tools and standard features.
These services do not include:

  • Custom coding

Requests requiring external code, advanced development, or non-Wix features will be evaluated and may require separate approval and additional fees.

We do not provide maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, or fixes for websites:

  • Built by other designers

After the 30-day support period, all updates require a Maintenance Session, a Retainer Plan, an Add-On purchase, or a new Service Agreement.

2. Booking & Payments

2.1 Discovery Call

A Discovery Call is required before any website service begins. This call is used to assess fit, clarify goals, and determine the appropriate service.
Booking a Discovery Call does not obligate either party to proceed.

2.2 Deposits

  1. The deposit is paid, and

  2. The Onboarding Call is completed.

2.3 Remaining Balance

The remaining balance will be invoiced after the Onboarding Call according to your Service Agreement. The website will not be transferred, published, or delivered until all invoices are paid in full.

2.4 Payment Processing

Payments for services are handled securely through Wix Payments. All payment information is encrypted during transmission to ensure its security. Wix Payments complies with PCI DSS standards, providing the highest level of protection for your financial data.

We do not share your payment information with third parties, except as necessary to process your payment. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your payment information as described.

2.5 Add-Ons & Maintenance Services

Add-Ons, Maintenance Sessions, and Retainer Plans must be paid in full at the time of booking. These services are non-refundable.
