BY SCHEDULING A WORKING SESSION WITH RELENTLESS DIGITAL, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: PURPOSE OF THE SESSION This session is intended for active clients or partners to collaborate, review progress, address questions, or align on next steps related to an existing project or engagement. This is a working meeting, not a discovery call, sales consultation, or training session. SCOPE OF THE SESSION Discussion and work during this session will be limited to active projects, retainers, or previously agreed-upon services. New work requests, expanded scope, or additional services may require a separate estimate or agreement. PREPARATION To ensure the session is productive, please come prepared with any relevant context, questions, links, or materials related to the topic being discussed. For the best experience, please join from a quiet, distraction-free location. PUNCTUALITY Please join the session on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or need to be rescheduled based on availability. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may impact availability for future sessions. BILLING & ENGAGEMENT STATUS Partner/Client Working Sessions may be included as part of an active project, retainer, or ongoing engagement. Sessions requested outside of an active agreement may be subject to billing or require a separate service booking.
