BY SCHEDULING YOUR ONBOARDING CALL WITH RELENTLESS DIGITAL, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: PURPOSE OF THE CALL This call officially kicks off your project. We will review your onboarding form, clarify goals and expectations, walk through the project timeline, and confirm next steps. This call is not for additional feature exploration beyond the agreed project scope. PREREQUISITES Before this call, you must have completed the Discovery Call, signed your Service Agreement, paid your required non-refundable deposit, and submitted your Onboarding Form. If any of these steps are incomplete, your project timeline may be delayed. PREPARATION Please review your onboarding form before the call and come prepared with any questions you’d like addressed. For the best experience, please have your camera on and join from a quiet, distraction-free location. PUNCTUALITY Please join the call on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the call may need to be rescheduled. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 3 days in advance. Rescheduling with less than 3 days’ notice may delay your project timeline and may be subject to a rescheduling fee as outlined in your Service Agreement. No-shows significantly impact scheduling and may result in delays to your project start date. PROJECT TIMELINE Your project timeline begins after this Onboarding Call takes place. Delays in scheduling or attending this call will result in delays to your project start date. For Custom Websites, the remaining balance invoice will be issued 5 days after the Onboarding Call, and work will not proceed past the initial phase until it is paid in full. COMMUNICATION By booking this call, you agree to receive email and/or SMS reminders related to your appointment and project.
