BY SCHEDULING A MAINTENANCE SESSION WITH RELENTLESS DIGITAL, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: PURPOSE OF THE SESSION Maintenance Sessions (Half-Day or Full-Day) are focused work blocks used to complete a prioritized list of website updates. Half-Day Sessions (4 hrs) are for minor to moderate updates such as content edits, layout adjustments, image swaps, and basic troubleshooting. Full-Day Sessions (7 hrs) are for larger updates such as multi-page adjustments, structural fixes, redesign elements, or advanced troubleshooting. These sessions are not intended for full rebuilds, new-site projects, or multi-day development work. PLATFORM & ELIGIBILITY Maintenance Sessions (Half-Day or Full-Day) are available only for websites built by Relentless Digital within Wix Studio. We do not provide maintenance or fixes on websites built by other designers or on other platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.). If your website was not originally created by Relentless Digital, a new website build is required before booking maintenance services. SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS Work will be completed in priority order based on your submitted list. Only tasks that fit within the 4-hour or 7-hour session window will be completed. Larger requests may require a Full-Day Session. Work that exceeds what can be completed in a Full-Day Session will require additional sessions or a separate quote. Maintenance Sessions do not include custom development outside Wix Studio’s native tools, full redesigns, or work requiring paid third-party apps. PREPARATION A clear task list must be submitted at least 24 hours before your session. This ensures proper planning and efficient use of your time. If your list is not received, the session may need to be rescheduled or limited in scope. PUNCTUALITY Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Delays in communication or availability do not extend the session duration. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future sessions. COMMUNICATION By booking this service, you agree to receive email and/or SMS reminders and instructions for your session. Communication during the session may be required to confirm priorities or progress.
